- What time is check‑in and check‑out?
Check‑in begins at 2:00 PM, and check‑out is by 10:00 AM.
- Guests expecting to arrive after 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM should contact reception in advance to arrange late check‑in.
- Is early check‑in available?
If you’d like to arrive before 2:00 PM, please call reception at 0406 786 491—they may be able to accommodate, depending on availability
- Special Rate Non-Refundable:Reservations made under this special rate will be non-refundable. This means that if you choose to cancel, you will not receive a refund for the amount paid.
- Cancel Within 24 Hours Non-Refundable:If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time, the reservation will be non-refundable for first night. This applies regardless of when the reservation was made.
- Cancel Prior to 24 Hours Full Refund:If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
